What a wild and crazy ride the last 2 years have been. Life and business have seemed innertwined and have shared ups and downs. The good news is that US Cash Flow Rentals has been born and my partner Rob and I are up and running.

It is unfortunate that the main stream media is painting such a dim picture about real estate and the opportunities that it currently provides for real long term wealth. I firmly believe that in times such as this when all around us seems bleak the real opportunities to rise up and become successful (in life, investing, community, etc) are presented.
It is what we do with these moments that truly defines our character and shapes our future. I hope that my audience (assuming I have one) will take heart and take action and reap the rewards it brings. I hope that I can in some small way help to be a part of that success.
